Ingredients and Requirements for 1st Night 

Roasted red pepper and butternut squash soup with brown bread

Container with lid for taking home

Knife and tea towels

 

Soup

1 butternut squash

3 carrots

2 red peppers

1 celery stick not a full packet

Fry light spray

1 onion

1 stock cube chicken or veg

Cracked black pepper

3 potatoes

 

Brown bread

Wholemeal flour

Plain flour

Buttermilk 1 litre

Bread soda 1 teaspoon

Pinch caster sugar

2lb loaf tin.
