The purpose of this Award is to equip the learners with the knowledge, skill and competence in the administration requirements of a range of organisations and to operate effectively in a variety of administrative contexts. It has also intended to prepare learners for further study in the related areas and has been developed as one of the mandatory modules for QQI Level 5 Certificate in Business Administration (5M2468).
